Ready to get in alignment with best yourself?
You don’t need another book, process, or life coach. What you need is a mentor.
This is your special invitation to find greater harmony in yourself, your career, and your language.
This is who we work best with:
High performers who don’t understand why they’re so dissatisfied
Individuals who know they are really good at what they do, but don’t understand why nothing is working as they’d hoped
Overachievers, over thinkers, and over-givers who are burned out
Smart people trying to figure out where they fit, or why they don’t fit
Individuals who feel that they have so much to offer, but don’t know where they should really focus their energy
People who struggle to communicate effectively
And yes, self-martyrs who want a new operating system
(because it is NOT a permanent state)
We mostly focus on supporting women, but we can certainly help men raise the bar in their own careers as well. (See below.)
That’s why we created
What you may have tried before:
Talking to co-workers who have been with the company forever, but turns out, they were only out for themselves
A life coach or consultant who tried to take your problems and make them fit their existing process in order to fix them (it didn’t work)
Workshops, apprenticeships, and certification courses designed to help you “level up,” but didn’t really fit your needs, even if you walked away learning something
Executive coaching that was wildly expensive and didn’t move fast enough to justify the cost
Business books that could have been summarized by CliffsNotes, but still didn’t really help you communicate better, gain influence, or land that promotion you wanted
Finding an actual mentor, but you ended up having to file a sexual harassment complaint, get a new job, or move to a totally different state

Here’s what one of our recent clients said about the mentorship program:
“A mutual connection introduced me to Christopher after I heard about some of the work he was doing, and I wanted to learn more. What started as a conversation turned into something much bigger: working together to build out a profile based on how I think and operate, and using that to help me communicate better and close some gaps I didn’t even know I had.
Christopher didn’t just hand me a profile. He helped me understand what it meant — and what I actually need to do to make meaningful progress.
For me, this has looked like writing myself back into my own work, owning things collectively instead of just reporting on execution, and speaking with actual confidence instead of hedging what I say. It has meant bringing warmth back into professional spaces, after years of being trained to strip all of that out and stay formal for leadership.
Christopher is one of the most authentic, thoughtful, and intelligent people I have worked with, and he has never once been too busy for me.
Over the past several months, he has asked me questions that made me really sit with what I want. He’s used what he has learned about me to point me toward the kind of work, and the kind of people, I should be working for. I know this is part of something bigger for him - helping women figure out who they are and what they are capable of. I’m already seeing progress in how I communicate and how I think, and I’m starting to realize just how much I have to offer.”

Here’s How It Works
But, remember how we said we also work with men? Well, here’s what those men had to say:
“I’ve spent forty years studying how people make decisions, and I’ve worked alongside some of the best systems thinkers of the last century—Clayton Christensen, W. Edwards Deming’s disciples, practitioners of Taguchi and Ackoff. What Christopher has built at Stealth Dog Labs is something I have not seen anyone else do: he has taken the intellectual traditions of these foundational thinkers and converted them into a measurable, predictive framework for leadership reasoning quality.”
— Bob Moesta, Co-Founder of Jobs to Be Done Theory
“I’ve known Christopher since I made a video with him years ago in New Orleans, and we’ve been friends ever since. I call Christopher when I need to get the pulse on a cultural issue, a more macro “where is society going” topic, or what’s the economy doing. He’s always been deeply insightful and knowledgeable. And his calls on things are quite accurate. He’s able to pull from myriad data points that are outside of my scope, leaving me thinking long after our phone calls. But more than that, he’s just a good person: honest, funny, and great to talk to. If you get the opportunity to work with Christopher, you’ve struck gold. People like him don’t come along too often in this life.”
— Peter Santenello, Video Maker
“It’s no sign of good health to be well adjusted to a sick society,” or so said Krishnamurti. Christopher Skinner’s work provides essential data for understanding how to fit into the systems that run the world without losing yourself. I have benefited from learning how to anchor in data that tells me who I am in relation to the job to be done and where I can best focus my energy. This has helped me to influence and work more creatively with others. Stealth Dog Labs holds the key for each individual to bring their own palette and style to a healthier future built on community.”

(So, if you’re a man reading this, just know, this can work for you too.)
TL;DR
You send your "benchmark data" — LinkedIn, writing samples, any text — as your starting point (Don’t send any text filtered or written by AI.)
We do a modified Ikigai interview (~1 hour Zoom call) to establish your "elevated state" — what you're great at, who you get along with, and what you're passionate about
Christopher builds digital coaching modules designed to help you grow into your elevated state from the established baseline, including your personal Thinking Partner
You get an HTML file — "your own personal website and operating system" — that enables you to then copy + paste your digital modules into GPT/Claude/Gemini to actively coach and improve your communication
We meet after two weeks to review your work, measure progress, and adjust
You decide what to build toward next (new job, LinkedIn rewrite, etc.). Your first month is simply the foundation.
Now, the long version, because let’s face it, we’re all overachievers here:
Baseline collection
You send over your "typical self today" — LinkedIn profile, writing samples, any text file that represents how you currently communicate. We filter it through our master calculator which studies it across 109 variables. The result of that analysis becomes our benchmark data.2. The Ikigai interview (~1 hour)
Ikigai is a Japanese concept which translates as “reason for being.” We have modified this using Jobs-to-Be-Done Theory, and structured it around three core questions: what are you great at, who do you get along with really well, and what are you passionate about. Instead of having to write responses to a questionnaire, we do this in real time over an hour long Zoom call, where Christopher walks you through the process. That language is also put into our master calculator, and the results are treated as your elevated state— not who you are today, but who you're capable of being. Now we have a differential.3. Module creation
Comparing your baseline against your elevated state enables us to create your digital coaching modules — tools built to help you communicate and think at that higher level. This is where having your personal data scientist and programmer comes extra handy. But keep in mind that these modules are not AI, nor were they created with AI. However, they can make AI work for you.4. Delivery
The modules arrive as an HTML file — basically a private website that hosts your digital coaching modules, including your Writing Coach and Thinking Partner. When you want to use one of these modules, simply hit “COPY PROMPT” then paste it into an AI tool (e.g., GPT, Claude, or Gemini) alongside whatever you're actually working on: a letter to your boss, a presentation, a new project. The digital coach then goes to work, guiding you towards speaking from your elevated state while actively teaching you how to communicate this way organically.5. First walkthrough
Christopher reviews the modules with you personally the first time — how to use them, how to work them. Nothing is assumed. We walk you through it over 30 minutes. (It’s super easy, promise.) From there, you can start using your digital coaching modules independently. Plus, they’re yours to keep.6. Ongoing use
You use your digital coaching modules for your actual, everyday work — not hypothetical exercises. Writing a letter to your boss, prepping a presentation, thinking through a new project — you bring it to your modules as you go. Most days, that means leaning on your Writing Coach, which scores your work against your elevated state and shows you exactly how consistent (or not) you're landing. When something requires more than just getting a thought across — a real decision, a harder problem — that's when your Thinking Partner takes over, coaching you through it rather than grading you, and helping you see how you actually arrive at conclusions.Think of it like building muscle. One rep doesn't change anything — it's the repetition, the daily reps on real work, that actually reshapes how you think and communicate. And just like a good trainer, your modules won't let you cheat the form. Try to shortcut the process, or slide back into your baseline instead of your elevated state, and they'll call it out. That's the point: this isn't a book you read once or a workshop you attend and forget. It's reps, on your real work, until the elevated state stops being something you reach for and starts being who you are.
7. Save your best work
As you go, save what you consider to be your strongest output into a labeled file — work you're proud of, or think is genuinely good. A few days before your biweekly check-in, send it over so we can run it through our “machine.” This gives us something concrete to measure: has your writing and thinking actually elevated, is it holding steady, or slipping back toward baseline? You might also consider keeping track of any feedback you get from the people around you. Do people say, “Man, you're really confusing all of a sudden,” or are they saying, “Goodness sakes, this is next level!”? It’s also important to keep track of your own read on how it's going: are the modules actually working for you, or not? All of this is valuable information as we move forward.
8. Biweekly check-ins
Every two weeks, we meet to review your progress together: is your writing and thinking elevating? What feedback are you getting from coworkers and your boss? How do you feel about the modules — do they need to be adjusted in any way? Expect an hour long call to discuss, adjust, and evaluate next steps.9. Rinse and repeat
This cycle continues. After a few months, the modules themselves get rebuilt based on your new writing and thinking, so the tool keeps pace with where you've grown and what you need.10. Direction becomes yours to set
Once the fundamentals are working, the focus shifts to what you actually want next — a new job, a rewritten LinkedIn, a bigger conversation you've been avoiding. We’re here for it, determined to help you “raise the bar” in your own career.
