1. Who We Are

Stealth Dog Labs ("SDL," "we," "us," or "our") builds a private, individual-owned thinking and communication development system for founders and leaders. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — just as importantly — what we refuse to do with it.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at christopher@stealthdog.com

2. Our Core Commitment: Sovereignty First

Before anything else, here is our standing commitment to you:

- We do not sell your data. Not ever, not to anyone, in any form.

- We do not share your data with employers, managers, or any organizational reporting layer. What SDL computes about you is visible to you, and only you.

- We delete your data when our relationship ends. You do not remain on file indefinitely.

- You can request anonymization. If you'd rather we not associate your name with your data, we'll accommodate that at your request.

A development tool that can be used to report on you isn't a development tool — it's surveillance. SDL is built to avoid that, structurally, not just by policy.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Public language data.

The specifications ("specs") SDL computes — your thinking, decision-making, and communication patterns — are built exclusively from language you've already made public (e.g., your own writing, talks, posts). We do not scrape private communications or require access to non-public accounts to build an initial spec.

3.2 Voluntary feedback loop data.

The majority of the data that improves your modules over time is data you choose to provide, through the biweekly human-in-the-loop sessions and your day-to-day use of the tools. This is opt-in by nature: the system improves because you engage with it, not because we monitor you.

3.3 Account and billing information.

Standard information needed to operate the engagement — name (or anonymized identifier, per your request), contact details, and billing information for invoicing under our engagement terms.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information solely to:

- Compute and maintain your personal specs and modules

- Run the biweekly human-and-machine feedback loop

- Communicate with you about your engagement

- Handle billing and account administration

We do not use your data to build profiles for sale, to train models for other clients, or for advertising of any kind.

5. How We Protect Your Data

5.1 Offline processing.

The algorithm used to compute your specs is kept off-line. This is a deliberate architectural choice: keeping the computation offline minimizes exposure to network-based hacking threats. Your data is not sitting in a constantly internet-connected system waiting to be breached.

5.2 Anonymization, on request.

If you ask us to anonymize your name or identifying details, we will do so. Your specs and modules can be tied to an anonymous identifier rather than your name.

5.3 Minimized identifiability of raw inputs.

Because our method does not rely on natural-language-processing-style analysis of your raw text, the words and phrases you provide for the feedback loop can be handled in a form that strips their ordinary reading order — for example, reordered or scrambled — while still supporting the underlying computation. This further reduces the sensitivity of any single piece of stored data.

5.4 No unnecessary retention.

We do not keep data we no longer have a reason to hold. See Section 6.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

When your engagement with SDL ends, we delete the data associated with your specs and modules. We do not retain a copy "just in case," and we do not keep your data to build competing products or benchmark other clients against you.

If you'd like your data deleted before the end of an active engagement, contact us at christopher@stealthdog.com and we will process that request.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with:

- Employers, managers, or your organization

- Third-party data brokers or advertisers

- Any party for the purpose of sale

We may share limited information with service providers strictly necessary to operate our business (e.g., payment processing), and those providers are bound to confidentiality and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, but we will limit any such disclosure to what is legally compelled.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. Because we already delete data at the end of an engagement and offer anonymization on request, many of these protections are built into how we operate by default. To exercise any additional rights, contact us at christopher@stealthdog.com.

9. Children's Privacy

SDL's services are intended for founders and professional leaders and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
