About Christopher Skinner

Christopher Skinner works with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams when organizations scale beyond the limits of intuition, hierarchy, and traditional analytics.

His work focuses on decision architecture, the infrastructure required to maintain decision quality as complexity, decentralization, and AI reshape how modern organizations operate.

Across growth, transition, and high-stakes environments, Christopher is consistently brought in when execution remains strong but outcomes stop compounding predictably. In these moments, the constraint is rarely effort or leadership capability. It is structural: decision systems no longer reflect the reality the organization is operating within.

Christopher’s career spans CEO, Chief Data Officer, and CEO-adjacent advisory roles across technology, fintech, national security, media, and platform businesses. In each context, his responsibility has been the same: preserve and reconstruct organizational coherence under pressure. This enables leadership teams to place authority where signal is strongest and intervene before misalignment becomes irreversible.

Through Stealth Dog Labs, he built a decision-intelligence capability that measures decision behavior remotely, continuously, and non-disruptively, using publicly available language and behavioral signal across leaders, teams, customers, vendors, partners, and competitors.

This allows decision quality to be treated as infrastructure, not inferred after outcomes appear.

His work exists to ensure that growth, automation, and scale do not amplify noise by making decision governance explicit and durable when it can no longer be carried implicitly by founders, culture, or hierarchy alone.
